摘 要:目的 研究氯化汞对肾小管上皮细胞碳酸酐酶活性的影响 ,探讨组织细胞化学方法在研究汞中毒的价值。方法 用改良的 Hansson法通过电镜观察碳酸酐酶反应颗粒的改变。结果 汞中毒引起肾小管上皮细胞超微结构变化及定位于近曲小管刷状缘质膜、内吞泡膜、线粒体被膜和远曲小管上皮细胞线粒体被膜上碳酸酐酶活性下降。结论 汞中毒明显抑制肾小管上皮细胞碳酸酐酶活性 。Objective To study the effect of HgCl 2 on the activity of carbonic anhydrase in the epithelial cells of proximal tubules and explore the value of cytochemistry in the research of mercurialism.Methods Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and normal control. HgCl 2 was used in experimental group at a dose of 2.5mg/kg(I.P). The reactive products of carbonic anhydrase were observed by electronic microscope with the modified Hasson method.Results Mercurialism leads to the ultrastructure at change of the epithetial cell of tubules and the decrease of the activity of carbonic anhydrase in the epithelial cell membrane of proximal tubules, endocytil vesiles, mitochondria and the mitochodria membrane of epithetial cell of distaltububes.Conclusion Mercurialism inhibits the activity of carbonic anhydrase significantly in the epithetial cell of proximal tubules. Cytochemistry may be an avaible way to the study of mercurialism.
