摘　　要：利用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定中药三七中的金属元素Na、K、Zn等14种元素,分析了ICP-AES校准曲线及各元素平均回收率和相对标准偏差(RSD)。结果表明,三七中Na、K、Mg、Ca、Fe含量较高,分别为3189、7854、1339、4000、455μg/g,该法回收率在92.7%—105.1%之间,相对标准偏差≤3.58%。本方法灵敏度高,结果准确,并且可多元素同时测定,可用于中药分析研究中。The contents of 14 metal elements Na、K、Zn、et al in herb of panax notoginseng were determined by ICP-AES.The ICP-AES standard curve and average recoveries and standard deviations（RSDs） of each element were analyzed.The result showed that the Na,K,Mg,Ca,Fe were rich,which were 3189,7854,1339,4000,455μg/g respectively.The average recoveries were between 92.7%—105.1% and the RSDs≤3.58%.The method was sensitive and accurate,and can be used to simultaneous determination multiple elements in herbs.
