手性液相色谱同时测定土壤中两种二苯醚类除草剂对映体

摘　　要：建立了土壤中两种二苯醚类除草剂对映体的手性液相色谱测定方法。样品用乙腈提取和氯化钠盐析后,上层乙腈经弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化后,用手性液相色谱检测。结果表明:两种农药各自对映体的回收率在84.4%—98.3%之间,相对标准偏差在3.2%—12.5%之间。在实际样品中的检出限在0.013—0.016mg/kg之间,定量限在0.043—0.053mg/kg之间。A method was reported for simultaneous determination of diphenyl ether herbicides enantiomers in soil by chiral high performance liquid chromatography.After extracted by acetonitrile and salted-out by sodium chloride,diphenyl ether herbicides enantiomers were partitioned into upper acetonitrile layer and purified on a Florisil solid-phase extraction column.The average recoveries of diphenyl ether herbicides enantiomers ranged between 84.4% and 98.3%.The limits of detection ranged between 0.013mg/kg and 0.016mg/kg and the limits of quantification ranged between 0.043mg/kg and 0.053mg/kg.
