电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定彩妆产品中的8种元素

摘　　要：采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定彩妆产品中铍、铬、砷、镉、碲、钕、铊、铅等8种元素,对仪器工作参数进行优化。选取铑、钇、铟和铽作为待测元素的内标物,有效克服基质干扰。各待测元素的校准曲线的相关系数均大于0.9999,检出限为0.5—25μg/L,样品加标回收率在85%—112%之间,检测结果的相对标准偏差小于3%。该法具有快速、准确的特点,可作为彩妆产品的质量控制和安全评价。A method for the simultaneous determination of eight elements（Be,Cr,As,Cd,Te,Nd,Tl,Pb） in cosmetic by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（ICP-MS） was established.Rh,Y,In,Tb were chosen as the internal elements and the effect of matrix fluctuation of instrument was overcome effectively.The standard curves for these eight elements were obtained which correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9999.Detection limits for these eight elements were in the range of 0.5 to 25μg/L.The recoveries were carried out by standard addition method and recovery was 85%—112%.The results were measured parallel six times and the RSD were lower than or equal to 3%.This method had good precise and high accuracy,and the results can be applied for the quality control and safety evaluation of cosmetic.
