摘  要:对比分析表明:有71.40%批次的X射线荧光法的测定硫结果大于紫外荧光法,有85.47%批次的差值结果超过标准规定的再现性差值要求,最大差值达-33.2m g/kg,是对应再现性差值的3.13倍;紫外荧光法与厂检测定硫结果有良好的重现性,差值平均值仅为8.19m g/kg;而EDX射线荧光法与厂检测定硫结果差值则较大,平均值达23.24m g/kg,远大于标准规定的再现性差值要求。Comparison and analysis showed that the determination results of X-ray fluorescence method were greater than those of UV fluorescence method in 71.40% batches.The difference results in 85.47% batches were greater than the reproducibility difference requirement specified in standard,among which the greatest difference value reached-33.2mg/kg,3.13 times the corresponding reproducibility difference.Results of UV fluorescence method and factory inspection showed good reproducibility,whose mean difference was only 8.19mg/kg,while results of UV fluorescence method and factory inspection differed greatly,whose mean difference reached 23.24mg/kg,much greater than the reproducibility difference requirement specified in standard.
