摘 要:建立一种同时测定F-、Cl-、NO-2、SO42-、Br-、NO-3和PO43-7种阴离子含量的抑制电导离子色谱检测方法。离子色谱法选用ICS-3000型离子色谱仪(美国Dionex公司),Dionex IonPac AS11-HC色谱分析柱,Dionex IonPac AG11-HC色谱保护柱,ASRS300型-4mm阴离子抑制器,RFIC试剂控制器,KOH淋洗液30.0mmol/L,电导检测器进行分析。本法的线性范围广、相关性好,检出限低,结果准确,回收率在97.6%—103.4%。该方法操作简便快速,精密度和灵敏度都很高,且试剂无毒无害,可满足国家饮用水卫生标准的检测要求。A new method was established for simultaneous determination of seven kinds of anions in drinking water by ion chromatography including F-,Cl-,NO-2,SO2-4,Br-,NO-3 and PO3-4.The Ion chromatography was applied to analysis.Dionex IonPac AS11-HC was selected as the separation column with Dionex IonPac AG11-HC guard column,ASRS300-4mm Anion suppressor and RFIC Reagents controller were used,the solution of 30.0mmol/L KOH was eluent and Conductivity detector was choose.This method has broad linearity range,low detection limit,good analytic accuracy and precision.The average recoveries rates were from 97.6% to 103.4%.This method is efficient,rapid,sensitive and accurate.And reagents are nontoxic and harmless.It can satisfy the testing requirements of the national drinking water health standards.
