摘 要:以对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯(OMC)和交联β-环糊精-可溶性淀粉聚合物微球为原料,以OMC包封率和载料质量分数为评价指标,通过单因素设计对制备交联β-环糊精-可溶性淀粉聚合物微球吸附OMC的工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:OMC:交联β-环糊精-可溶性淀粉聚合物微球=1∶100(质量比),50%乙醇溶液为溶剂,25℃下反应60min,包封率为63.63%,载料质量分数6.59%;在0—24h内,OMC在β-环糊精-可溶性淀粉聚合物微球中的累积释料率符合零级释放规律。Sunscreen absorption of crosslinked β-CD and water-soluble starch microspheres was prepared and characterized.Isooctyl p-methoxycinnamate(OMC) was used as model sunscreen.The absorption of OMC by microspheres was studied under different conditions(mass ratio of materials,temperature,time and particle size).The optimization condition is as follows:the mass ratio of OMC and microspheres is 1∶100,reaction temperature is 25℃,reaction time is 60 min,entrapment efficiency and OMC loading are 63.63% and 6.59%,respectively.In release study,the release behavior of OMC in polymer microspheres was studied and there was almost no change in the release rate of OMC during 24hours.Crosslinked β-CD and water-soluble starch microspheres may be an ideal sunscreen release carrier.
