摘  要:比较了原子吸收光谱法(AAS)和电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定经混酸溶解的矿物中的铷。结果表明:两种方法的准确度、精密度均较好。AAS测定铷检出限更低,但其测定范围窄,需要添加硫酸钾作为消电离剂,过程复杂;ICP-AES测定范围较宽,对于高含量样品无需稀释即可直接测定,过程简单,可多元素同时测定,更适合于分析大批量样品。The results of rubidium which detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) were compared in this paper.The results showed that:the accuracy and precision of the two methods were both good.The detection limit of the AAS was lower,but its measurement range was narrow.It needed to add potassium sulfate as deionization agent in the detection by AAS which make the process more complex.The ICP-AES has a wide measurement range which more suitable for the detection of the high content sample without dilution.The ICP-AES could detect multi-element in the same time and simpler which more suitable for the analysis of large numbers of samples.
