摘  要:通过研究C3A-CaSO4·2H2O体系在聚羧酸(PC)和萘系减水剂(FDN)存在的条件下的水化历程和水化产物结构,结合水化热、XRD、IR、SEM等检测手段分析了体系的水化行为及机理。结果表明,PC和FDN在溶解反应期均能促进水化反应的进行;随着水化反应的进行,PC能有效延缓体系水化反应的速度,第1放热峰和第2放热峰分别延迟了约5h和15h,降低体系水化放热,减缓水化产物结构的发展;PC和FDN对后期水化产物结构的发展没有影响。Through researching on the hydration process and hydration product of C3A-CaSO4·2H2O system in the presence of polycarboxylate-type and naphthalene-type,additionally by using of hydrational heat、XRD、IR and SEM,the mechanism of influences of different types of waterreducers on the hydration process was discussed.The results show that,PC and FDN are able to promote the hydration of C3A in dissolution reaction period.As the hydration reaction proceeds,PC can effectively restrain the hydration of C3A,the first exothermic peak and second peak are delayed by about 5 hours and 15 hours,the hydrational heat is decreased and the development of hydration product is delayed.PC and FDN have no effect on the structural development of hydration product at late age.
