摘 要:针对高压大功率电动机起动过程中起动电流大,无功功率因素低、运行效率低等关键问题,提出高压大功率电动机软起动限流补偿与谐波滤波一体化方法。该方法的实现由自耦降压无功补偿起动、磁控调压无功补偿软起动、起动结束和动态调谐谐波滤波等4个阶段组成,利用该方法研究开发的高压大功率电动机软起动限流补偿与谐波一体化装置,应用于风机、水泵、空压机、窑、磨等电动机拖动设备,使电动机起动过程中的限流、无功补偿需求得到满足,并在电动机软起动结束后实现电力谐波滤波,在整体上能够更好地提高高压大功率电动机的起动性能,节能降耗,保持电网电压稳定,便于工程实现,性价比高。Aiming at the high starting current,low power factor and low running efficiency,a novel soft starting integration method with current-limiting,reactive power compensation for super high-power and high-voltage motor and harmonic filtering was proposed.Process of the advanced method can be divided into four steps,including the auto voltage-reduction starting with reactive power compensation,the magnetron voltage regulating soft-starting with reactive power compensation,the end of starting and dynamically tuned harmonic filtering.The method has been applied to develop a integration device with current-limiting,reactive power compensation for super high-power and high-voltage motor and harmonic filtering.The device can be applied on fan,water pump,air compressor,rolling mill,kiln mill,coal mill and mine large lifting equipment etc.,and can satisfy the characteristics of the current-limiting and reactive compensation during this motor starting.It can also realize the power harmonic filtering when the motor has finished the soft starting,improve the whole starting performance,save energy and keep the grid voltage stable,with easy engineering implementation and high cost performance.
