摘 要:针对管道焊接部位热收缩带补口大量失效的问题,以国内外5种最具代表性的补口热收缩带作为研究对象,制备了热收缩带安装系统,并采用CSA Z245.21-10中的方法研究了安装系统的剥离强度受湿热加速老化的影响。结果表明:不同产品经湿热加速老化后,其剥离强度表现出较大的差异,变化趋势也各不相同。结合热收缩带产品热熔胶粘剂化学组分的分析结果,指出胶粘剂的化学组成及结构是影响其剥离强度的重要原因,提出了热收缩带热熔胶粘剂的性能改进和持续研究建议。In the light of the failure problem produced in heat shrinkable sleeves (HSS) in field coating for welded joint at pipel joint, five representative HSS used in field coating for welded joint are taken as research object, HSS installation system is manufactured,, and the influence of hygrothermal aging on disbonding performance of installation system with methods in CSA Z245.21-10 is studied. Results show that after an accelerated hygrothermal aging is made on different HSS, the difference in their disbonding strength and change trend vary. Combined with the analysis results of chemical composition of hot melt adhesives for HSS, it is pointed out that the chemical composition and structure of hot melt adhesives for HSS are important influencing factors on the stripping strength. The suggestions in performance improvements and continuous research of hot melt adhesive for HSS are proposed. (1 Table, 5 Figures, 12 References)
