摘 要:针对开关磁阻电机功率密度低的缺点,将传统开关磁阻电机与高性能的稀土永磁材料相结合,提出一种新型混合励磁开关磁阻电机方案。文中在分析新型混合励磁开关磁阻电机的结构与工作原理的基础上,利用等效磁网络图解法对电机的永磁磁阻转矩进行分析,指出对其大小影响的因素。应用二维电磁场有限元法分析了传统的开关磁阻电机,并研究了永磁体励磁和电机绕组的电励磁的相互关系,分析永磁体励磁对电机电磁转矩输出的作用,计算永磁体的结构尺寸对新型混合励磁开关磁阻电机性能的影响,总结电机设计和优化规律,比较了这种电机与传统电机性能上的差异。This paper presents a new design of the hybrid excitation switched reluctance motor (HESRM), based on the conventional switched reluctance motor. The proposed design combines conventional switched reluctance motors with rare-earth permanent magnetic materials of high performance. Firstly, the basic structure and principle of the new HESRM is analyzed, and then further researches are made on the permanent magnet reluctance torque with the method of equivalent magnetic circuit diagram. Besides the two-dimensional finite element method is applied for the study of the conventional switched reluctance motor and the relations between the permanent magnetic excitation and the motor winding excitation. The paper also involves the investigations on the influence of permanent magnetic excitation over the electromagnetic torque. The structure size of permanent magnet which determines the performance of the new HESRM, is also calculate. The paper summarizes the basic law of the design and optimization for the new HESRM and compares it with the conventional switched reluctance motor.
