摘　　要：三相四桥臂逆变器因其具有优秀的带不平衡负载的能力受到各国学者们的广泛重视和研究。SAPWM控制与数字控制中常采用的空间矢量调制在本质上是相同的,因此在模拟电路中对三相四桥臂逆变器采用SAPWM控制方法可以取得在数字电路中采用空间矢量调制相等效的控制效果。本文提出一种易于电路实现的3次谐波构成函数,并将其注入到正弦调制波中,从而方便地对中频输出的三相四桥臂逆变器采用SAPWM控制。相对于空间矢量调制,三相四桥臂逆变器SAPWM控制简化了控制算法且取得了与空间矢量调制相等效的控制效果。最后通过仿真和实验表明了所提出的3次谐波函数构造方法和电路实现以及三相四桥臂逆变器SAPWM控制的正确性。The three-phase four-leg inverter has been researched widely by many scholars for the ability to carry unbalance load. The SAPWM modulation is similar to the SVPWM modulation which is used in the digital control in essence, so the SAPWM modulation could be used in the analog circuit for three-phase four leg inverter that could obtain same effect which used SVPWM modulation in digital circuit. The way to obtain order harmonic function is presented, and the function is easy to obtain the analog circuit. The SAPWM modulation waveform is also easy to obtain and used in the three-phase four-leg inverter control system when the three order harmonic and SPWM added. Compared with SVPWM, the SAPWM modulation not only simplified control algorithm, but also could obtain the equivalent control effect. The way to obtain the three order harmonic and realization circuit are verified by simulation and experiment results. The SAPWM control strategy of three-phase four-leg inverter is also confirmed.
