摘  要:通过熔融挤出制备聚苯醚接枝马来酸酐(PPO-g-MAH)作为聚苯醚/聚酰胺6(PPO/PA6)共混物的相容剂,再与苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)、碳纤维(CF)共混制备PPO/PA6/PPO-g-MAH/SEBS/CF复合材料。CF经侧喂料口加入,通过改变螺杆转速来制备不同CF含量的共混物。通过动态热机械分析、毛细管流变和力学性能测试等方法研究了CF含量变化对共混物热力学性能、流变行为、力学性能等的影响。结果表明,PPO-gMAH作为PPO/PA6共混物的相容剂能起到较好的增容效果,能够提高PPO与PA6的界面相容性,限制聚合物分子链运动,使其黏度变大;CF的加入,在一定程度上提高了PA6的玻璃化转变温度,PPO/PA6共混物的力学性能提高;与玻璃纤维(GF)相比较,CF能够更好地被基体树脂包覆,制得的共混物性能更优。Maleic anhydride (MAH) grafted poly(2,6-dimethy-1,4-phenylene oxide) (PPO) (PPO- g-MAH) was used as a compatibilizer in blends of polyamide 6 and styrene ethylene butadiene styrene eopolymer (SEBS). During the extrusion of the blends, carbon fiber (CF) was loaded through the side chipper spout as a reinforcer, the content of CF was controlled by altering the speed of screw. Dynamic thermal mechanical analysis (DMA), capillary rheometer, and mechanical property tester were used to investigate the effect of CF content on thermal, mechanical, and rheological properties. It showed that PPO-g-MAH was good compatibilizer for PPO/PA6 blends, PPO-g-MAH can increase the interfacial compatibility and the mechanical property of PPO/PA6. Compared with the counterpart reinforced using glass fiber (GF), it was found that the adhesion of polymers to CF was better than GF.
