卵巢手术对卵巢储备功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究卵巢手术及手术方法与卵巢储备功能之间的关系。方法:选取2011年1月～2012年7月中山市博爱医院妇科卵巢手术患者分别为实验组A 68例:腹腔镜卵巢单双级电凝止血及冷水冲洗;实验组B 72例:同期剥离后单纯缝合患者;实验组C 70例:同期开腹卵巢手术组。用ELISA方法测定血清值AMH,对照组同法执行,免疫放射法测定FSH、E2、LH血清值,同期阴道B超测定卵巢面积。结果:实验组A血清中AMH值、卵巢体积低于实验组B、C,并有统计学意义(P<0.05),FSH、E2、LH等差异无统计学意义。结论:在卵巢手术患者中,尤其在腹腔镜下单纯电凝止血手术,对卵巢储备功能有一定影响,AMH在反映卵巢储备功能可能优于FSH等,上述指标结合可能在反映卵巢储备效果更好。Objective：To explore the relationship between ovarian operation and the reserve of ovary Methods：Patients with ovary surgery by laparoscopy（the single two-stage electricity congeals the he-matischesis and cold water flushing） were selected into experimental A group,the ovary surgery patients by laparoscopy（the simple seaming） were selected into experimental B group,and the patients with ovary surgery by performing from abdomen operation were selected into experimental C group.Serum AMH was measured by ELISA,FSH,LH,E2 were determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay,ovarian acreage was detected by vaginal B.Results：AMH and ovarian acreage in group A were lower than those of group B and group C,there were significant differences（P＆lt;0.05） and there were no significant differences in FSH,E2,LH among three groups.Conclusion：Operation of ovary may be related to the reserve of ovary,especially in the operation of laparoscopy（the single two-stage electricity-congeals the hematischesis and cold water flushing）.AMH may be better than FSH,LH,E2,ovary volume and so on,and incorporation of the above indicators would be better than only one.
