游泳运动疗法治疗儿童创伤后肘关节骨化性肌炎

摘　　要：目的探讨游泳运动疗法治疗儿童创伤后肘关节骨化性肌炎的疗效。方法对5例摔伤后肱骨髁上骨折第11～13周出现异位骨化的患者进行游泳运动治疗,配合上肢肌力训练和日常生活活动能力训练,观察关节功能恢复和异位骨化消退情况。结果游泳运动治疗7个月,肘关节主动屈伸活动度为15°(伸)≒120°(屈),X线显示肘关节异位化骨完全消退,关节功能接近正常,恢复日常学习和劳动能力。结论游泳运动是无创伤、无药物毒副作用、安全有效的治疗儿童创伤后肘关节骨化性肌炎的方法。【Objective】To study the curative effect of post-traumatic heterotopic ossification of the elbow in children by swimming therapy.【Methods】Five cases of post-traumatic heterotopic ossification of elbow in children were treated by swimming therapy and the training of upper limb muscle strength and ADL.The functional outcome of elbow joint and recession of ectopic calcification for X-ray were evaluated in first month,third month,7th month after the treatment of swimming.【Results】In 7th month after the treatment of swimming therapy,the effect of painless elbow and the range of 100 degree of elbow joint were obtained and the ectopic calcification was completely faded away in X-ray.【Conclusion】The swimming is a therapy of safety and effective without wound and medication side-effect for post-traumatic heterotopic ossification of elbow in children.
