摘　　要：目的:探讨β-catenin和DKK-1蛋白表达在子痫前期胎盘组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法、Western blot分别检测20例正常、18例轻度子痫前期和27例重度子痫前期胎盘组织中的β-catenin和DKK-1蛋白表达。结果:β-catenin和DKK-1主要表达于胎盘滋养层细胞、蜕膜细胞中,在重度子痫前期胎盘组织中β-catenin、DKK-1表达量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。重度子痫前期胎盘组织中β-catenin与DKK-1的表达呈正相关,而在正常和轻度子痫前期胎盘组织中两者表达无明确相关性。结论:β-catenin和DKK-1的表达增加可能参与了重度子痫前期胎盘组织病变过程。Objective：To explore the role of β-catenin and DKK-1 expression in preeclampsia of placental tissue.Methods：Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to detect the protein expressions of β-catenin and DKK-1 in 20 normal cases,18 cases of mild preeclampsia and 27 cases of severe preeclampsia of placental tissue.Results：β-catenin and DKK-1 expressed mainly in trophoblastic cells,metamorphosis membrane cells of placenta.In severe preeclampsia,the expressions of β-catenin and DKK-1 were obviously increased（P＆lt;0.01）.Expression o f β-catenin was positively related to that of DKK-1 in severe preeclampsia,but not in others.Conclusion：The high expressions of β-catenin and DKK-1 might participate in pathogensis of the severe preeclampsia.
