摘　　要：目的:利用瑞氏-姬姆萨染色法(染色法)对生理盐水湿片法(悬浮法)阴道分泌物常规检验质量进行抽检复查,以保证悬浮法检测的准确性。方法:每天随机抽取当天临检室悬浮法检测的5份白带标本,同时涂片染色后交由经验丰富的业务人员或专家复查鉴定,对悬浮法检测结果进行质量考核。结果:悬浮法与染色法检测滴虫、真菌和线索细胞结果的符合率分别为99.30%、91.14%、78.80%,其中滴虫,真菌的符合率为合格,线索细胞的符合率为不合格。清洁度符合率为Ⅰ度93.93%,Ⅱ度62.50%(不合格),Ⅲ度89.19%,Ⅳ度11.88%(不合格)。结论:瑞氏-姬姆萨染色法是复查监督县浮法的有效措施,保证其检验质量,以提高妇女生殖系统炎症的临床诊断水平。Objective：To recheck and control the quality of saline wet plate method（suspension） based leucorrhea routine examination by Wright-Gimsa stain method（referred to staining）,so as to insure and improve the accuracy of leucorrhea routine examination.Methods：Five specimens for suspension examination were randomly taken to be reviewed by experienced people or experts with Wright-Gimsa stain method to assess the quality of suspension method everyday.Results：The coincidence rates of trichomonad,fungus and clue cell examination results between the two methods were 99.30%,91.14% and 78.80%,respectively.The former two rates were up to standard,while the last one was not.The coincidence rates of cleanliness in degree Ⅰ-Ⅳ results were 93.92%,62.5%,89.19% and 11.88%,respectively,in which the rates of Ⅱ and Ⅳ degrees were not up to standard.Conclusion：Wright-Gimsa stain can be used to review and control the quality of suspension,and then improve the level of clinical diagnosis of women’s reproductive system inflammation.
