脂脉康胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血液黏度及体外血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：目的观察脂脉康胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血液黏度及体外血栓形成的作用。方法通过高脂饲料喂养的方法建立大鼠高脂血症模型;实验大鼠共分为6组,其中低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组分别给予0.6,1.2和2.4g·kg-1脂脉康胶囊灌胃,阳性对照组予以100mg·kg-1藻酸双酯钠(PSS)灌胃,正常组和模型组均给予2mL蒸馏水灌胃。8周后检测血脂、血液黏度指标,并体外测定血栓长度、湿质量及干质量。结果与模型组相比,脂脉康胶囊高剂量组和中剂量组的全血黏度、血浆黏度值明显地改善,血栓长度缩短,血栓湿质量和干质量显著减小。结论脂脉康胶囊能够显著改善高脂血症大鼠血液黏度,并可抑制高脂血症大鼠体外血栓形成。Objective To study the effect of Zhimaikang Capsules on blood viscosity and thrombosis of hyperlipidemia rats. Methods Hyperlipidemia models were established by raising rats with high fat diet. The experimental rats were divided into six groups. Among them,three groups were respectively treated with 0.6,1.2 and 2.4 g·kg^-1 Zhimaikang Capsules. One group was given 100 mg ~ kg 1 PSS as the positive drug control. 8 weeks later, the serum lipids and blood viscosity of each groups were detected,as well as the thrombotic lengths, wet and dry weights. Results Compared with the model group, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and whole blood reduced viscosity of high and medium dose groups were significantly improved. The length, wet and dry weights of thrombus of these two groups were also apparently decreased. Conclusion Zhimaikang Capsules can significantly improve blood viscosity and inhibit thrombosis in vitro in hyperlipidemia rats.
