摘 要:目的优选蒌蒿提取物滴丸的最佳制备工艺。方法以溶散时限、丸质量变异系数、外观质量作为评定指标,采用单因素考察和正交实验优化蒌蒿提取物滴丸的制备工艺。结果蒌蒿提取物滴丸的最佳制备工艺为:以聚乙二醇4 000(PEG-4 000)为基质,药物与基质比为2∶3,甲基硅油为冷凝剂,药液温度80℃,冷凝柱管口温度45℃,冷凝剂温度5℃,滴距5cm,滴速为20滴.min-1。结论优化的工艺条件稳定、可靠,制备的滴丸外观质量良好、丸质量差异和溶散时限均较理想。Objective To study the optimal preparation techniques of Artemisia selengensis extract dropping pills. Methods With the time of dissolution, pill weight coefficient of variability and appearance quality as the index, the single factor test and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the best dropping conditions. Results The optimal conditons were as as follows: PEG 4 000 was used as the base material,ratio of extract in PEG 4 000 was 2 : 3;methylsilicone oil was used as the base material, physic liquor orifice refrigenerant temperature was 45 ℃, condensing agent temperature was 5 ℃, dropping distance was 5 cm and dropping speed was 20 pills per minute. Conclusion The optimal conditions were suitable for the preparation. The time of dissolution, the pill weight variability and the appearance quality were satisfactory.
