品管圈活动在提高医院中药质量中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过品管圈活动,提高医院中药的用药质量。方法开展品管圈活动来尝试用药的质量管理,利用柏拉图、雷达图等手段,分析质量的提高状况。结果中药饮片质量变异现象下降了46.67%;中药制剂质量检验不合格率下降了45%,职工的品管手法及解决问题的能力显著提高,活动效果良好。结论推行品管圈活动,能提高中药的用药质量。Objective By the implement of the quality control circle （QCC）,to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicines. Methods We carried out the QCC activity in the quality management, and assessed the results by the tools such as Plato Chart,Radar Chart,and so on. Results The QCC activity achieved a satisfactory outcome, which decreased the varieties of the degenerated Chinese decoction pieces by 46.67% and decreased the rate of unqualified （inspected by one time） products of TCM prescription by 45 %. The intangible outcomes included the member management ability,problem-solving skill and so on. Conclusion The practice of QCC activity may help to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicines.
