摘  要:学生投入理论包括五个基本假设,其中学生学业表现、个人发展水平与学生投入的数量、质量直接相关,这是学生投入理论的核心。学生投入学校生活的身心数量与质量和该学生学习成果具有紧密的正相关关系。学生投入的程度是影响学生成功的主要因素,而学校环境,即学校政策和实践成为对学生投入程度影响的重要因素。探索影响学生投入的变量成为研究学生投入理论的重点,从学生入学时的特征、学生投入的形式和学校的教育实践三个方面研究都找到许多影响学生投入的关联因素。基于学生投入理论进行实证研究的全美学校投入情况调查(NSSE)为实施提高大学教育质量的有效方法和措施提供了帮助,也为我国开展此类调查和研究提供了理论支撑。Student-engagement theory includes five basic assumptions, among which the students" academic performance, individual development level are directly related to the quantity and quality of students" engagement, and that is the core of student engagement theory. The quantity and quality of students" mind and body engagement in university life are closely related to students" positive correlation of academic performance. The degree of students" engagement is the main factor that influences students" success, while university environment, i.e., university policy and practice are the important factors that influence the degree of students" engagement. Exploring the variables which influence students" engagement is the key point in studying student-engagement theory, and the relative factors could be sought out from the aspects as the characteristic of student in school enrolment, the form of student engagement, and the practice of educational practice. Based on the empirical study of student-engagement theory, the National Survey of Student Engagement of the U.S. is very helpful to implement the effective approach of improving educational quality of university, which has also offered theory support to carry out such kind of investigation and research in China.
