Effects of Degossypolized Cottonseed Protein on Production Performance, Slaughter Performance and Blood Indexes of Yellow-feather Broiler

摘  要:试验选用1日龄黄羽肉鸡320只,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组4个重复。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在对照日粮基础上,分别用脱酚棉籽蛋白替代30%、60%、100%的豆粕,在饲粮中的添加量前期(0~3周龄)分别是8.87%、17.70%、29.5%,后期(4~7周龄)分别是8.19%、16.37%、27.2%。试验周期为49d,观察脱酚棉籽蛋白对黄羽肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能和血液指标的影响。结果表明:在保证饲粮代谢能、粗蛋白、赖氨酸和蛋氨酸水平相当的情况下,以脱酚棉籽蛋白部分或全部替代豆粕,可以获得黄羽肉鸡在玉米-豆粕型常规饲粮条件下的生长效果,且对屠宰性能、血液指标没有明显的负面影响。Three hundred and twenty 1-day-age yellow-feather broilers were randomly allocated to 4 groups with 4 replicates of 20 broilers. Group Ⅰ was the control group, fed the basal diet with soybean meal as the only protein resource,group Ⅱ , Ⅲ and VI was fed diets on the basis of the control group,using degossypolized cottonseed protein to replace 30%,60%, 100% soybean meal,respectively. The proportions of the diet were 8.87%, 17.70% , 29.5% at 0 to 3 weeks of age and 8.19%, 16.37%, 27.2% at 4 to 7 weeks of age. The trial period lasted 49 days. The trial was designed to observe the effect of degossypolized cottonseed protein on production performance, slaughter performance and blood indicators of yellow-feather broilers. The results showed that on the premise of the level of metabolizable energy,crude protein,lysine and methionine was equivalent to those in basal diet,degossypolized cottonseed diet group had the same growth and slaughter performance as the conventional corn-soybean meal diet group, and there was no significant negative impact on slaughter performance and blood indicators of broiler with degossypolized cottonseed pro- tein replacing part or total of Soybean meal in the diet.
