摘 要:本试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的生姜粉对蛋鸡抗氧化性能和血清新城疫和禽流感抗体水平的影响。将600只鸡随机分为5组,每组120只。试验组在对照组日粮基础上分别添加5、10、15、20g/kg生姜粉。试验期为70d。结果显示,35d时,10、15、20g/kg生姜粉组和70d时15g/kg生姜粉组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力显著高于5g/kg添加组(P〈0.05);35和70d时10、15g/kg生姜粉组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活力显著高于20g/kg添加组(P〈0.05);70d时5、10、15g/kg生姜粉组血清总抗氧化能力(T—AOC)显著高于20g/kg添加组(P〈0.05);35d时20g/kg生姜粉组、70d时15g/kg生姜粉组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量最低;70d时20g/kg生姜粉组禽流感抗体效价显著高于对照组以及5、10g/kg生姜粉组(P〈0.05)。结果表明,日粮中添加一定水平的生姜粉可以提高蛋鸡的抗氧化性能和血清禽流感抗体效价,且以5~10g/kg的生姜粉添加水平效果最佳。To investigate the effect of different level of dietary ginger powder on antioxidant performance and serum antibody titer against Newcastle disease virus and avian influenza virus in laying hens,600 laying hens were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 120 in each group. Laying hens of treatment groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 5, 10, 15,20 g/kg of ginger powder. The experimental period lasted 70 days. The results showed that activity of serum superoxide dismutase of 10,15 , 20 g/kg group at 35 d and 15 g/kg group at 70 d were significantly enhanced compared with 5 g/kg group (P〈O.05);The activity of serum glutathione peroxidase of 10, 15 g/kg group at 35 d and 70 d were significantly enhanced compared with 20 g/kg group (P〈0.05) ;The activity of serum total antioxidant capacity of 5, 10, 15 g/kg group at 70 d were significantly enhanced compared with 20 g/kg group (P〈0.05);The level of serum malondialdehyde of 20 g/kg group at 35 d and 15 g/kg group at 70 d were minimum. The serum antibody titer against avian influenza virus of 20 g/kg group at 70 d were significantly enhanced compared with control group and 5,10 g/kg group (P〈0.05). The results indicated that dietary ginger powder could improve antioxidant performauce and serum antibody titer against Newcastle disease virus and avian influenza virus, and the best level was 5 to 10 g/kg ginger powder in diet.
