摘 要:为探讨日粮中添加不同微生态制剂对AA+肉鸡生产性能及舍内氨气浓度的影响,选取1日龄AA+肉鸡,随机分成4组,每组4200只,组内3个重复。对照Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮基础上添加适量枯草芽孢杆菌、泓缘菌和三仪生态菌。结果显示,各试验组鸡出栏体重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中Ⅱ组最为明显;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组料肉比分别比对照组显著降低了9.36%、3.45%和5.91%(P<0.05);成活率与对照组相比,Ⅱ组有显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组无显著性差异(P>0.05);Ⅱ组取得经济效益最高,每只鸡净利润为2.38元,分别比Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组高0.89元、0.86元和0.68元;在23~27、35~39日龄阶段,各试验组氨气浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可知,饲粮中适量添加微生态制剂均能提高AA+肉鸡末重,提高饲料利用率和经济效益,降低舍内氨气浓度,且以添加枯草芽孢杆菌效果最好。To study the effect of probiotics on production performance and ammonia concentration in AA^+ broiler, 1-day-age AA+ broilers were randomly divided into four groups, each of 4 200 with three replicates. Control group Ⅰ was fed with basic diet and group Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ was respectively fed with the basic diets supplemented with bacillus subtilis, Hongyuan bacteria and Sanyi ecological bacteria. The results showed that probiotics could significantly improve final weight compared with control group (P〈0.05),group Ⅱ was most prominent. Feed to gain ratio of Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was decreased by 9.36%,3.45% and 5.91% (P〈0.05)respectively. The highest survival rate was group H (P〈0.05). Group R was the most cost-effective,net profit per bird was 2.67 yuan,higher than group I , m and IV. At 23 to 27, 35 to 39 days of age ammonia concentration of the test group was significantly lower than control group (P〈0.05). The appropriate amount of probiotics in diet could improve feed efficiency, improve economic efficiency and reduce chenet ammonia concentration. The effect which added Bacillus subtilis was the best.
