摘　　要：泵筒带螺旋槽的防砂卡抽油泵是在普通整筒泵的内壁加工几段正反交叉的盲螺旋槽 ,采用等径光杆柱塞 ,其上加装一旋转器。旋转器通过抽油杆柱下放压力和上提拉力强迫旋转杆顺时针旋转 ,从而带动柱塞旋转。柱塞在运动中既做往复直线运动 ,同时还做圆周运动 ,故磨损均匀 ,使用寿命延长。采用带螺旋防砂槽的泵筒 ,可使砂粒在柱塞旋转时被挤入防砂槽内 ,而在下一个冲程时又被液流冲出 ,从而防止了砂卡。这种防砂卡泵在大庆油田 92口油井中使用 ,比普通抽油泵平均泵效提高约 3% ,平均检泵周期延长 5 2 5A new anti-sand rod pump was developed by machining several blind helical grooves intercrossing in reverse directions in the inner wall of common one-piece barrel pump. A polished rod plunger provided with a rotator was adopted. The rotator drives the plunger rotating during the motion of the plunger. Therefore the plunge is in both rectilinear motion and circular motion. The sand grains will be pushed into the anti-sand grooves when the plunger rotates, and be flushed out by the fluid stream during the following stroke. The new pump was used on 92 wells in Daqing Oilfield, the mean pump efficiency is improved by 3%, and the mean overhaul life is extended 525. 8 days, compared with that of the conventional rod pumps.
