摘　　要：地震伤员具有伤情复杂,多发伤、挤压伤、器官功能损害常见,开放伤口极易污染,难以得到及时处理及处置场所条件有限等特点。根据抗菌药物应用的一般原则,地震伤员早期救治的特殊性和存在的问题,提出在地震伤员救治早期合理应用抗菌药物的建议,旨在使伤员得到安全、有效、可行的治疗,减少伤口及术后感染。The injuries caused by earthquake were characterized as complicated injuries,multiple injuries,crush injury,commonly accompanied by the impairment of the organs,open wound with susceptibility to contamination,difficulties in the implementation of in-time treatment,and resource-limited settings.Considering the specialty of early treatment of earthquake victims and existing misconduct,we propose recommendations according to general principles of early rationale use of antibiotics,in order to treat the earthquake victims safely,effectively and feasibly,and to decrease wound infection rates after surgery.
