摘  要:针对南翼山E^23凝析气藏的地层特点,提出采用欠平衡钻井解决该地层的钻井问题,减少产层损害。论述了欠平衡钻井有关参数的确定和设计原则,并以南12井为例,对南翼山E^23凝析气藏地层的欠平衡钻井设计及现场施工(包括所用设备、钻井参数、钻井液性能等)情况进行了描述,说明欠平衡钻井的技术特点和应用效果。该井的钻井实践表明,欠平衡钻井技术能有效保护油气层,减少了井下复杂情况的发生。Lost circulation frequently occurs in the E32 cond ensate gas reservoir of Nanyishan area in Qinghai Oilfield, as the main consists of formation is car bonate rock, and formation pore pressure almost equals to lost circulation press ure. Underbalanced drilling technology is used to minimize formation damage and avoid drilling problem, and the determination of related drilling parameters and design principles are presented. As an example well N12 drilling plan and field operation is described in detail, i.e., equipment used, drilling parameters, an d drilling fluid performance, etc. The drilling practice in this well shows that underbalanced drilling technology could minimize the formation damage and downh ole troubles, while it improves ROP and cuts down drilling cost. It concluded th at underbalanced drilling technology is valuable for drilling the complicated co ndensate oil/gas reservoirs.
