摘　　要：生态文明与可持续发展是人类21世纪所面临的重要论题。高校图书馆如何将自身的可持续发展与建设社会主义生态文明的时代要求紧密结合起来,这是我国高校图书馆亟待思考和解决的问题。文章简要阐释了生态文明与可持续发展的概念,论述了生态文明、可持续发展与高校图书馆的关系,提出了基于社会主义生态文明与可持续发展为目标的高校图书馆建设原则与要求。Ecological civilization and sustainable development are the important topics of all mankind in the 21 st century. How the sustainable development of the university library connects tightly with the socialist ecological civilization has become an unavoidable problem that must be thought and solved urgently. The paper explains the concepts of ecological civilization and sustainable development, and discusses the relations between them and the university library, and proposes the principles and requests of the establishment of university library based on socialist ecological civilization and sustainable development.
