复杂性视野下的高校图书馆危机预警体系研究

摘　　要：复杂性是人类社会的本质特征,其与高校图书馆的危机有紧密的关系。因此,对于高校图书馆危机的预警必须基于复杂性的视野。高校图书馆危机的复杂性主要表现为成因的复杂性和特征的复杂性。复杂性理论对于高校图书馆预警机制的启示主要有三点:一是危机是不可避免和不可预期的,但可以预警;二是在构建预警体系时应该以人为本;三是应该以制度建设为主要手段。Complexity is the substantive characteristics of human society, and it has close relationship with university library. For this reason, early warning of college library should base on a perspective of complex theory. The complexity of crisis of university library represents as complexities of origins and properties. The enlightenment of complex theory on system of early warning of crisis of college library are： firstly, crisis is inevitable and unpredictable, but it can be early warned; secondly, human-centered is an overriding criterion of constructing system of early warning; thirdly, reform of institutions is a main approach of constructing system of early warning.
