摘　　要：本文首先描述了手机图书馆的重要性及国内外研究现状,然后介绍了手机图书馆的系统开发,包括短信平台及wap网站平台。以广东水利电力职业技术学院手机图书馆为例,重点阐述了手机网站平台的设计架构及关键技术,并提出系统的进一步发展方向。This paper introduces the importance and the research situation of mobile library. Then it introduces the development of mobile library system, including SMS system and WAP site platform. Taking the mobile library of Guangdong Technical College of Water Resources and Electric Engineering as an example, this paper focuses on the mobile website platform design framework and key technologies, and finally puts forward the further development direction of the system.
