摘 要:知识管理是各种组织获得发展、取得竞争优势的手段。知识共享是知识管理的一个必要过程,分析影响组织成员知识共享行为的因素,并以此为目标提高知识共享是一个重要的问题。在利用关系模式理论研究不同关系对知识共享行为影响的基础上,为了更加贴近组织的实际,增加了相依性任务、合作时间两个二阶变量形成完整的理论研究框架。分析研究的结果发现了一些影响成员知识共享意愿的因素,社会组织可以此为依据调整组织的知识管理措施,提高组织内成员的知识共享意愿,以增强成员之间的知识流。Knowledge management is the means of various organizations to be developed to achieve competitive advantage. As knowledge sharing is one of the essential processes for knowledge management, it is important to analyze the reason affected knowledge sharing and improve the effect of it. Based on the relational model theory to explore how different relations influence the sharing behavior, with a view to get closer to the realistic circumstance in the office, we,give it a shot to include additional moderating variables, task inter dependence, as well as time-of-cooperation, into our full research framework, aiming to see if they will disturb the influencing processes among the four principal relations and the willingness of employees to share their knowledge. This analysis and study grant us some clues about employees' intention in sharing their knowledge, and advise the organizations how they should correctly formulate the knowledge management strategy and activities to augment the knowledge interflows between employees.
