呼吸机治疗重症急性左心衰竭39例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨呼吸机治疗重症急性左心衰竭的临床效果。方法:将2009年10月到2012年10月收治的重症急性左心衰竭患者78例随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组按常规治疗,观察组加用呼吸机辅助治疗,比较两组治疗2 h后的临床效果。结果:观察组的显效率及总有效率分别为64.1%和87.2%,均明显高于对照组的23.1%及48.7%,P<0.05。结论:机械通气能有效改善重症急性左心衰竭患者的病情,迅速、有效地缓解患者的低氧血症及酸中毒症状,可促进心功能的恢复。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of using breathing machine for patient with severe acute left heart failure. Methods： 78 patients with severe acute left heart failure were randomly divided into control group （n= 39） and observation group （n=39） accepted routine treatment and breathing machine auxiliary treatment respectively. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups before and 2 hours after treatment. Results： The clear effective rate and total effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group （64.1% ＆ 23.1%, 87.2% ＆ 48.7%）, both P〈0.05. Conclusion： Mechanical ventilation can effectively improve the condition of patient with severe acute left heart failure heart, timely relief the clinical symptoms of hypoxemia and acidosis and promoting the recovery of cardiac function.
