摘 要:开发了一套适用于各型兆瓦级风力发电机组的通用控制器设计平台,该平台可提供功能全面、配置便捷的闭环发电控制及监督控制逻辑来完成控制器原型的设计,同时以风电机组整机建模及仿真软件GH Bladed为基础,完成整机控制器原型的全数字仿真评估,从而为研发控制器提供了有力支撑。并以某型2.5 MW风力发电机组为例,利用设计平台对风机的控制器原型进行性能评估,评估结果表明,该设计平台能够迅速有效地完成风机整机控制策略的设计及验证,具有较高的应用价值。A platform of controller design for multiple megawatts wind turbines is designed. The platform can provide much more powerful functions and flexible configuration of power production and state supervision for controller prototype design. Based on the model of wind turbines and the simulated software GH Bladed, the designed platform can also be used for the full-digital simulation to assess the performance of controller prototype of different wind turbines, which would provide strong support for the controller design. Finally, the evaluation of the controller design platform with a 2.5 MW wind turbine is conducted and the evaluation results show that the accuracy in the controller model is very good, and the controller platform has wide application prospect.
