摘 要:基于2.5 MW永磁同步风电机组系统结构及低电压穿越(LVRT)要求,对实现全功率变流器LVRT功能的控制策略进行了研究。针对电网正常及故障工况,详细阐述了电网电压幅值的快速检测算法和基于正序分量提取的锁相环设计,分析并设计了输出三相电流对称控制目标下直流电压、斩波回路、有功电流及无功电流的控制算法。dSPACE半实物仿真及实际试验结果表明,应用该控制策略能达到预期目标,不仅满足了全功率变流器风电机组LVRT运行的要求,而且还保证了并网电流品质,并具有高电压穿越(HVRT)功能。A control strategy of low voltage ride-through(LVRT) for full power converter is studied based on the system structure of 2.5 MW wind turbine with permanent magnet synchronous generator and the requirements of LVRT. A fast amplitude detection method for grid voltage and the design of phase locked loop based on the detection of positive sequence component under normal and fault conditions of grid are illustrated in details. Control methods of DC voltage, chopping time, active current and reactive current are analyzed and designed based on the controlling aim of output symmetrical three phase current. The results of dSPACE hardware in loop simulation and real converter test show that with this LVRT control strategy, not only the prospective control goals can be achieved and the quality of grid-connected current can be guaranteed, but also the function of high voltage ride through can be obtained. The control strategy can meet the LVRT requirements of full power converter of wind turbine.
