摘 要:针对带压作业技术存在的问题和生产实际需要,研究了10MPa以内低压油水井电动可控不压井作业配套技术和装置,包括可控不压井防喷控制装置和杆管密封起下装置,采用组合配套技术,降低井口操作平台高度,配套电动液压控制系统,并与电动修井机配套应用,形成电动可控不压井技术装置集成配套应用。共实施可控不压井作业施工32井次,施工成功率100%,未发生任何失控事故。该技术实现了低压油水井电动可控不压井作业,以全电动动力源取代柴油机动力源,实现了节能减排和低噪音;新型一体式杆管防喷作业装置省去了施工中调换平台的复杂过程,极大地提高了施工效率;新型作业施工平台减小了体积,降低了高度,便于吊装运输和起下作业;配套的污水回收装置解决了投堵塞器带压作业起油管飞溅污染问题,保证对溢流及起管过程中飞溅的污水及时回收。According to the technical issues and actual production demands of the operation under pressure, supporting technology and device of electric controllable snubbing service is studied for the oil and water wells with the pressure below 10MPa.It makes up of controllable snubbing BOP device and running and pulling device with sealed string and tube ,and it is assembled with other technologies to decrease the height of operating platform of the well head.h is matched with electrohydraulic control system and electric servicing rig for application.There are 32 well-times controllable snubbing service with 100% of the successful ratio and no accidents out of control occur.After the technology is applied,electric controllable snubbing service for the oil and water wells under low pressure is implemented.Energy saving and emission reduction with low noise is realized by all-electric power source instead of diesel power source.The application of the new inte- gral tube BOP device may improve efficiency through no need for the complex process of platform change. Volume of the new platform is smaller with lower height favorable for hoisting transportation and running and pulling.The matched retrieving device of the sewage may solve the problem of splashing pollution of oil tube lifting at the operation of blanking plug releasing under pressure and may ensure recovery in time of the sewage splashed while overflowing and tube pulling upward.
