常减压装置加工现状及腐蚀情况浅析

摘　　要：常减压蒸馏装置是炼油厂加工原油的第一道工序,在炼油厂加工总流程中具有重要作用。随着市场供需矛盾趋紧和原油价格持续走高,考虑到企业经济效益最大化,原油性质劣质化程度将日益加重。加工高硫、高酸、高盐原油的腐蚀风险主要集中在一次加工装置上。金陵石化800×104t常减压蒸馏装置设计加工高硫低酸原油,其设防值为硫含量不大于2.0%,酸值不大于1.0mgKOH/g原油。但近年来装置加工油种变化频繁,且性质差异较大,硫含量频繁超出设防值。结合该常减压蒸馏装置原油加工现状和工艺设计及设备配置,对该装置的电脱盐运行情况、低温和高温部位的工艺防腐以及设备腐蚀情况进行分析,并举证典型的腐蚀案例,介绍其腐蚀机理,分析腐蚀原因;在此基础上,提出应对措施,保证装置安全、平稳、长周期运行。The atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is the first component of a refinery＇s crude oil process- ing flow and plays a key role in a refinery＇s general process.As market supply becomes increasingly tight and crude oil prices keep rising,considering refineries＇ need for maximizing cost effectiveness,refiners will use increasingly poor-quality crude oil as feedstock.Corrosion risks associated with processing of high-sulfur, high-acid and high-salt crude oil primarily concentrate on primary processing units.Sinopec Jinling Company＇s 800x104t atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is designed to process high-sulfur and low-acid crude oil. The upper limits for sulfur content and acid value of crude oil processed by the unit are 2.0% and 1.0mgKOH/g respectively.However,in recent years,crude oil processed by the unit has varied dramatically and their properties differ greatly.The contents of sulfur in the crude oils processed have passed the upper limit frequently.Based on the current production status,technological design and equipment configurations of the above atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,this article analyzes the electro-desahing,eorrosion prevention at low and high-temperature sections as well as equipment corrosion associated with the unit,describes how corrosion occurs and examines the causes of corrosion using typical corrosion cases as examples.The article also proposes countermeasures to ensure a safe ,stable and long-time operation of the unit.
