老年人粪嵌塞52例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人粪嵌塞的诱发因素与临床治疗。方法对我院2002～2012年收治的老年人粪嵌塞患者52例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全组治愈51例,出现各种并发症共10例,死亡1例。老年人粪嵌塞主要诱发因素依次为:长期卧床、长期滥用泻药、长期缺乏照料与关爱。结论老年人许多常见的疾病均可诱发粪嵌塞,同时老年人粪嵌塞易导致严重的并发症,需引起临床医护人员的高度重视。Objective This research probed into inducing factors and clinical treatment of fecal impaction among the elderly patients. Methods a retrospectively analysis of the clinical data was conducted from 52 cases of elderly patients with fecal impaction admitted in our hospital in the past 10 years. Results 51 cases in the group were cured. A total of 10 cases presented various complications. 1 case died. The top inducing factor of fecal impaction among elderly patients is long-term bedridden situation, followed by perennial a-buse of laxatives, lack of care and love. Conclusion many common diseases suffered by elderly patients will induce fecal impaction, which easily triggers serious complications. Thus, the fecal impaction among eld-erly patients needs to be underscored by clinical and medical personnel.
