中国足球运动员职业合同规范化的思考与建议

摘　　要：中国足球运动员在与俱乐部签订职业合同时存在着一些不够规范的问题,直接影响了合同的执行和球员利益的维护。对存在问题的起因进行了分析,提出中国足协作为职业联赛的管理者,应当通过加强职业培训、鼓励球员聘请专业经纪人、提高足球投资人准入门槛、树立"以人为本"的观念等措施,对运动员与俱乐部之间的合同签订进行规范,有效地保障双方的合理权益,为职业足球联赛的发展创造一个和谐良好的环境。In China, problems of normalization of contract rise in profusion when contracts were signs between professional soccer players and clubs. These problems make it hard for contracts to be effective and throw players＇ benefit in danger. The article which traces the sources of the problems then point out that Chinese Football Association, the agent for management, should ensure interests of both parties and offer an ideal place in which professional football could grow and develop. The measures taken should include strengthening relevant training, encouraging brokers＇ involvement, better qualification for investing agents and carrying in mind the concept of ＇ people utmost＇.
