摘 要:目的探讨复方中药对运动疲劳后不同时相大鼠骨骼肌MDA含量、SOD活性和运动能力的影响。方法雄性健康2月龄SD大鼠56只,随机分为安静对照组(S组)、运动对照组(E组)、中药运动组(CE组);取材时E组和CE组又各自随机分为运动后即刻组(E0组、CE0组)、恢复期12 h组(E1组、CE1组)、恢复期24 h组(E2组、CE2组)。安静对照组正常生长,E组、CE组采用7周递增负荷跑台训练,并最后一次运动至力竭。力竭运动后即刻,取S组、E0组、CE0组血样及股四头肌,E1组、CE1组和E2组、CE2组分别于运动后12 h和24 h做上述取样。结果(1)骨骼肌MDA方面,运动即刻,运动对照组和中药运动组显著升高(P﹤0.01),但中药运动组显著低于运动对照组(P﹤0.01);恢复期12 h,运动对照组显著高于安静对照组(P﹤0.01),但中药运动组与安静对照组无统计学差异。(2)骨骼肌SOD方面,运动后即刻,运动对照组和中药运动组都下降,但无统计学差异;恢复期12 h,运动对照组显著低于安静对照组(P﹤0.05)且中药运动组显著高于运动对照组(P﹤0.01)。(3)中药运动组大鼠运动力竭时间明显长于运动对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论 "八珍加肉桂补骨脂汤"复方中药能够降低大鼠骨骼肌MDA含量和提高SOD活性,有效地清除自由基,增强抗氧化作用,从而延长运动时间,提高机体运动能力。Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese herb on kinetic ability and the dynamic changing features of MDA, SOD of skeletal muscle of rats during different phases of recovery period of fatigue. Methods 56 male SD rats (2 month old) were randomly divided into static control group (S group) ,experimental groups (E group) and Chinese herb experimental groups (CE group). At the sampling time, the experimental groups and Chinese herb experimental groups were randomly di- vided into the group immediately (E0, CE0), 12 h (El, CE), and 24 h (E2, CE2) after exhaustive running. All rats in E groups and CE groups were assigned a 7 - week training program increasing load by degrees with a final exhaustive run- ning. The serum CK, BUN and testosterone were measured from the blood samples. The MDA content and SOD activity were measured from quadriceps. Results ( 1 ) MDA contents of E0 and CE0 were significantly higher than that of S, respectively (P 〈 0.01 ), but CE0 was significantly lower than that of S (P 〈 0.01 ) ; MDA contents of E1 was significantly higher than that of S, but CE1 and S were not difference. (2) SOD activity of EO and CE0 lower than that of S, but were not difference. SOD activity of E1 was significantly lower than that of S ( P 〈 0.05), and CE1 was significantly lower than that of S ( P 〈 0. 01 ). (3) The CE group of the time of exhaustive running were significantly higher than that of S ( P 〈 0. O1 ). Conclusions "Decoction of Eight Ingredients and Cassia Bark and Malaytea Scurfpea Fruit" can degrade MDA contents of skeletal muscle of rats, improve SOD activity, efficient free radical scavenger, improve the antioxidant ability of rats skeletal muscle, and in-crease the kinetic ability of rats.
