摘　　要：介绍了松南 90井平台三口小眼丛式井的设计施工情况 ,重点分析了井眼轨迹控制的难点和成功经验 ,探讨了钻井完井液和固井施工等技术问题。实践证明 ,小眼丛式井比小眼直井钻井效率高 ,社会效益及经济效益显著。The designs and operations for three cluster slimhole wells in Songnan 90 Well are introduced. The difficulties and successful experiences in well trajectory control are emphasized. Meanwhile technical problems of drilling & completion fluids and cementing operations are discussed. The applications show that the efficiency of cluster slimhole wells is higher than that of vertical slimhole wells, and that the economic benefits are remarkable.
