摘　　要：韩美同盟是冷战体制的产物。美国在朝鲜半岛以美韩同盟为基础,不仅干预半岛事务,同时也辐射整个东北亚,是朝鲜半岛安全机制构建中最主要的障碍之一。驻韩美军及韩美联合军事演习对朝鲜半岛安全构成威胁。同时韩美同盟是朝鲜半岛南北实现和平统一的绊脚石。然而韩美同盟却也是朝鲜半岛安全机制构建中的关键因素,在解决朝鲜核危机的"六方会谈"中,美国的态度影响整个事件的发展方向。目前,韩美同盟的存在是朝鲜半岛安全的一种制衡力量,未来韩美同盟仍将继续。在政治纠纷暂时无法解决的情况下,经济文化交流有可能成为朝鲜半岛打破僵局的一把钥匙。Korean-American Union is the product of cold war.Based on it,the U.S.influences the affairs of north-east Asia including Korean Peninsula,which is the biggest obstacle to building the security system of Korean Peninsula and the peaceful reunification of North and South Koreas.Meanwhile,there is menace to the security of Korean Peninsula by American Army stationed in South Korea and the joint military exercises between South Korea and the US.However,the Korean-American Union is also a key element for building security system at Korean Peninsula.During the Six-Party Talks about nuclear crisis of North Korea,the attitude of the U.S.influenced the direction of the event.Currently,Korean-American Union is a power of check and balance for the security of Korean Peninsula.The union will go on in the future.During the political deadlock,economic and culture exchanges may become a key to solve the problem of Korean Peninsula.
