摘 要:钻进式井壁取心器是采用液压传动技术 ,使金刚石空心钻头垂直钻进井壁获取岩心的设备。首先 ,通过跟踪测量自然伽马曲线 ,进行深度定位 ;然后在微机控制下 ,各电磁阀有序动作 ,控制液压油流方向 ,仪器依次完成仪器推靠井壁、液压马达旋转、钻头钻进、折断岩心、钻头退钻、收推靠臂、推心、收储岩心等取心动作。介绍了仪器的结构、原理、性能指标以及推广应用情况。现场应用表明 ,HH- 1型钻进式井壁取心器安全可靠、性能稳定、技术先进。Rotary sidewall coring tool employs hydraulic transmision technology that enables the hollow diamond coring bit to drill into sidewall vertically. First, the depth location of each core to be cored is determined by correlation of GR logs from the measured intervals. Secondly, under the computer control, each electromagnetic valve works in proper order to control the flowing direction of hydraulic oil. And then the tool completes the following coring: to back up the core cutter, start hydraulic motor, drive the bit into sidewall, break the cores, take back the bit, withdraw the backup arms, push the cores out and collect the cores, etc.. The structure, principle, performance of the tool and its application are introduced herein. Field application verifies its sound performance.
