摘　　要：从智慧图书馆的出现及研究与实践现状出发,择要介绍了智慧图书馆的含义及特点。分别从技术维度和非技术维度分析探讨了实现智慧图书馆所需的条件:数字化、网络化、智能化、物联网、云计算等信息技术和统一的标准规范,观念、经费、管理、人才及合作共享。指出对智慧图书馆要以积极而慎重的态度进行研究、探索、实践。Starting form the research and practice of the smart library, the paper briefly introduces the definitions and characteristics of it, and discusses the conditions needed by building a smart library from both the technical and non-technical dimensions, including the standard specification for digitization, networking, intelligence, Internet of Things and cloud computing; and the concept, funds, management, talents, and cooperation. The author argues that the library should take a positive and prudent attitude to study and explore the smart library.
