摘　　要：图书馆特色数据库建设是提高和丰富地方高校图书馆馆藏质量的重要方式,区域文化特色馆藏数据库的建立是高校图书馆服务地方文化事业的重要途径。文章就吉林西部草原文化网特色数据库建设的相关事宜展开论述。The construction of the special collection database is an important measure to improve and enrich the quality of library collections for local universities. Building local cultural special collection database is an important way to fulfill the functions better on providing services for local cultural development of local university libraries. In this paper, the author makes some related discussion on the case of constructing the Special Database for the Website of West Jilin Grassland Culture cultural network database construction.
