摘　　要：文章梳理了我国东部与中西部地区农家书屋在运行模式、发展水平、使用效益上的差异,指出各地农家书屋可持续发展面临着后续资金不足、设施配置不完善、管理机制不规范等问题,并提出解决问题的具体方案:在"强化政府行政性投入"的同时"建立健全政府绩效考核责任制";在"强化选书配书机制"的同时"打造数字农家书屋";在"强化读书用书活动"的同时"将农家书屋纳入公共图书馆总分馆体系"。The paper analyzes the differences in operation mode, development level, the using efficiency of village library between East region and Midwest region. It states the sustainable development of village library in various regions meets with the general problems such as subsequent fund shortage, deficient facilities, no standard management mechanism. So it raises the specific solutions： strengthen the government administrative input, establish and improve the government performance evaluation system; strengthen the book choice and distribution mechanism, and build digital village library; strengthen＂ book reading and using activities, and take village library into central-branch system of public library.
