摘　　要：近年来，中国银联联合商业银行、收单专业化服务机‘构等产业各方，抢抓产业升级机遇，大力推进金融IC卡受理商圈建设，不断优化受理环境，在促进机构发卡、商户受卡、大众用卡、银行卡产业全面升级方面发挥了重要的推动作用。Xu Luode, President of China UnionPay(CUP) writes that according to the overall planning of the People's Bank of China, CUP is constructing in a thoroughgoing manner the building of acceptance business districts with the first batch of 47 pilot cities as the focus, and has preliminarily had the card issuance and acceptance promote each other. Of the hardware transformation of business districts of financial IC card, the achievemen+t is gradually getting obvious, while the soft environment is by no means shaped in a day.
