摘 要:固井施工时 ,由于某些原因 ,会在水泥石中形成裂缝等初始缺陷 ;在射孔等作业中 ,在冲击载荷作用下 ,裂缝将迅速扩展产生大裂缝 ,容易造成含油夹层段窜槽 ,给开发等工作带来不利影响。文中引入水泥石的断裂韧性这一概念进行了增强水泥石断裂韧性机理分析 ,并分别采用“霍布金森法”和“焦散线法”进行了不同配方水泥石的动态断裂韧性测定实验 ,对增强水泥石断裂韧性的有效途径进行了实验探索 ,并结合模拟射孔实验结果 ,提出了能够抵抗射孔冲击的水泥石的动态断裂韧性的临界指标。There are some faults,such as fracture,in cementing operation due to reasons.And in perforating,the fracture extend quickly and become biger under the function of the impact load,thus ,will result in channelling between the interbed,and will have a bad effect on production.This paper introduces the concept of fracture toughness of cement,analyses the mechanics of strengthening the fracture toughness of cement.The test has been conducted for the dynamic fracture toughness in different slurry samples by using SHPB pressing bar techniques and reflective motive focus astigmatism.And the effective way to increase the fracture toughness of cement has been studied.Together with the results of the tests of imitating perforation,the paper gives the critical specifications about the dynamic fracture toughness against impact of perforation.
