摘  要:介绍油井水泥浆堵水机理 ,对油井水泥浆堵漏设计了 3种施工方法 :①套管手推挤水泥法 ;②正挤反循环挤水泥法 ;③正挤反替挤水泥法。通过室内研究确定了 3大油井水泥浆体系 :即膨胀、分散、降失水高强度体系 ;早强、分散、降失水高强度体系 ;高早强、分散、降失水低密度体系。通过现场实施工艺成功率 1 0 0 % ,1 7口油井90 %取得了较好的增油降失水效果 ,且有较长的有效期 ,取得较好的经济效益。This paper presents water shutoff mechanism of cement slurry of oil well.Three loss circulation control methods on cement slurry of oil well are designed,which are bradenhead squeeze method,squeeze method that slurry is injected in drill pipe and reserse circulation and squeeze method that slurry is injected in drill pipe and replaced from annular space.Through indoor study,three cement slurry systems of oil well are determined,including①high strength system with expansion,dispersion and fluid loss;②high strength system with early strength,dispersion and fluid loss;③low density system with early strength,dispersion and fluid loss.By field testing,their success ratio of operation is 100 percent.In 17 oil wells,90 percent oil wells get good stimulation and fluid loss effect and the cement slurry systems have longer time of efficacy.Meanwhile,the better economic benefit is obtained.
