摘  要:研究液压挖掘机用液压泵变量机构的工作原理,利用液压仿真软件AMESim建立变量机构的双泵模型;通过对挖掘机载荷谱试验数据和仿真结果的对比分析,验证仿真模型的正确性;研究挖掘机在交叉功率控制和负流量控制模式下的能耗特性,为变量机构的改进和挖掘机的节能研究提供依据。A modeling for a pump's mechanism and its power consumption rate. By studying how a hydraulic excavator's variable displacement pump mechanism works we built a twin-pump modeling for the variable displacement mechanism with a hydraulic simulation soft-ware AMESim. And then, we went through a comparison and analysis of test data on the excavator's load spectrums versus the simulation results so as to prove corrective-ness of the simulation modeling. Finally, a further study was done on the excavator's power consumption rating under a mode of cross power control and negative flow rate control, thus providing a basis for improving the variable displacement mechanism and for the excavator's lower power consumption rate.
